In your 60-minute session, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about health topics that you need help with or are confused about. What to eat + what not to eat is so confusing these days so here is your time to ask whatever may be on your mind + will help you start your journey today!

When you start a new way of living it’s extremely important that you do a reflection on where you are currently and where you have been in your life. The tool that we will use in our discussion will make you think about why you do what you’re doing + how you can make changes to last a lifetime.

How long is our session together?

We will talk for a full 60-minutes. That gives us plenty of time to talk through each area of your health, answer any questions you may have, and create action steps that you can start right away.

Will I get a meal plan or specific coaching?

This 60-minute session does not include a meal plan or talk about specific health concerns. We will discuss what things may be going wrong right now + some easy steps that you can take right away, but anything beyond this is not included.  If you are interested in meal plans or coaching sessions we can discuss my meal plan subscription or 12-week coaching programs. 

What if I want to work with you more than just the 60-minutes?

Great! I would love to help you reach your goals. 

After we talk, you will have two different options:

  1. Subscribe to my meal plan subscription
  2. Join me for the next session of Reboot + Recharge, a 12-week program to transform your health from the inside out! 

We can discuss both options as I would love to have you join me for either program!
