My journey to real food and natural living
I FELL IN LOVE WITH HEALTH AFTER STRUGGLING with chronic insomnia, digestive issues, acne, fatigue, + postpartum anxiety.
In search of finding a natural solution to my health problems, I was amazed at how the body can heal itself if you give it the right things! With lots of diet changes, lifestyle modifications, and a positive attitude I resolved my conditions and now I’m passionate about helping others with the same issues.
I grew up on a dairy farm in a town of 200 in Wisconsin and I currently reside in the home of the Packers (Green Bay, Wisconsin) where I get to spend sunshine summers and snowy winters with my lovely husband Nathan, + beautiful 1-year-old daughter, Adi.
I’m living my dream as a nutritionist who helps women overcome and conquer extra weight, fatigue, insomnia + anxiety. I love what I do and I am passionate about seeing YOU succeed!
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and going on adventures in nature.
