Megan Van Pay

My journey to real food and natural living 

I FELL IN LOVE WITH HEALTH AFTER STRUGGLING with chronic insomnia, digestive issues, acne, fatigue, + postpartum anxiety.

In search of finding a natural solution to my health problems, I was amazed at how the body can heal itself if you give it the right things! With lots of diet changes, lifestyle modifications, and a positive attitude I resolved my conditions and now I’m passionate about helping others with the same issues.

I grew up on a dairy farm in a town of 200 in Wisconsin and I currently reside in the home of the Packers (Green Bay, Wisconsin) where I get to spend sunshine summers and snowy winters with my lovely husband Nathan, + beautiful 1-year-old daughter, Adi.

I’m living my dream as a nutritionist who helps women overcome and conquer extra weight, fatigue, insomnia + anxiety. I love what I do and I am passionate about seeing YOU succeed!

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and going on adventures in nature.

 

My goal as your coach

MY GOAL IS to give you the tools to create healthy habits that lead to a lasting healthy lifestyle! Inspiring you through food creations, educating you on how to take hold of our life, and instilling life and joy are my daily passions!

My desire is that you fall in love as much as I did with keeping yourself + your family healthy!
